Refund policy

Timeframe: You have 30 days from receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility: Items must be unworn, unused, with tags, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Process:

  1. Contact us at steffany@adylotino.com to start a return.
  2. Returns must be sent to the provided address; items sent without prior approval wonโ€™t be accepted.
  3. Accepted returns will receive a shipping label and detailed instructions.

Damages/Issues: Inspect items upon delivery. Contact us immediately for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.

Exceptions:

  • Non-returnable items: Perishables, custom products, personal care items, hazardous materials, sale items, and gift cards.
  • EU Customers: A 14-day cooling-off period applies, allowing returns without justification.

Exchanges: Return the item, and once accepted, place a new order for your desired product.

Refunds: Refunds are processed within 10 business days after inspection. If not received within 15 business days, contact us.
